By accessing and using Pro-Link, I acknowledge and agree that Logix and its successors, assigns, predecessors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") has made no representation or warranty with respect to the fitness, quality, or suitability of any of the construction professionals listed on the Pro-Link ("Professional" or "Professionals"), including without limitation, that a particular Professional will be suitable for a particular purpose. Logix is not responsible for any work undertaken by the Professionals, and any services obtained through Pro-Link are solely at my own risk. Logix disclaims any responsibility or liability for the fitness, quality or suitability of any work undertaken by the Professionals.
