Ten years ago when John Seth Sochacki III recommended to his mother-in-law that her new home on Front Street in Union Beach, New Jersey should be built using Logix, little did he know that it would one day provide a refuge for he and his wife and their two children during a super storm that destroyed all the other single-family homes on the same block. He was convinced that Logix offered the most safe, secure and energy-efficient option available. John’s mother-in-law, Leonora Hallet, is now grateful for the foresight and initiative that John invested into completing the Hallet House. She happily welcomed the four Sochackis to come there during Hurricane Sandy, which turned into the historic super storm of October 29, 2012. The whole family safely rode out the onslaught in the beachfront house. The finished picture was taken after the super storm.
